1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application Calviora (Package: com.calorie.vibe.ai), operated and published by ZEETRAVELO (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Calviora, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Service & Health Disclaimer

Calviora is not a medical device and does not provide clinical healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, or professional dietary prescriptions.

• Calorie targets, macro calculations, and water recommendations are automated estimates based on standard wellness formulas (e.g., Mifflin-St Jeor) and user inputs.
• AI meal scan results are automated estimates and should not be relied upon for critical medical, therapeutic, or allergy-critical decisions.
• Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified nutritionist before starting any diet, caloric deficit, or exercise regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, or dealing with chronic conditions.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use Calviora, you may register an account using your email address or Google Sign-In:

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use Calviora solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or server APIs of the app.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt our cloud infrastructure or AI services.
• Use the app to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive material.
• Bypass daily AI scan quotas or attempt unauthorized access to other user data.

5. In-App Features & Free Daily Quotas

The current Android version of Calviora does not charge for in-app purchases or subscriptions. Advanced features, such as AI meal scanning, are provided with a free daily quota (e.g., 3 scans per calendar day) that resets automatically each day. We reserve the right to adjust quota limits or feature availability to maintain service stability.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand assets (“Calviora”), custom graphics, icons, algorithms, and content within the application are the proprietary property of ZEETRAVELO and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal wellness tracking.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by selecting Profile > Delete account inside the app. This permanently purges your cloud profile and records. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse system resources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calviora is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate calculation outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEETRAVELO, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or personal well-being arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Calviora.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app following notice of changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
